The Costa Blanca

The Costa Blanca along the East Coast of Spain conjures up images of Benidorm, Spanish Sombreros and British breakfast cafes but there is so much more to this fabulous holiday destination.

From the stylish Alicante to the golfing holiday paradise of La Manga, the Costa Blanca offers a diverse range of resorts and places to see.

Noteworthy holiday regions across the Costa Blanca include Altea, Alicante, Albir, Benidorm, Calpe, Denia, Elche, Guardamar, Javea, Orihuela, Pilar de la Horadada, Santa Pola and of course Torrevieja.

Altea Holidays

Altea is a beautiful, former fishing village approximately 12Km from Benidorm. Be sure not to miss the Church of the Virgen del Consuelo with its stunning, blue tiled dome.

Alicante - Family Holidays

Alicante is a fascinating city. Initially established by the Greeks, developed by the Romans and settled by the Moors, Alicante features elements of all these cultures. Make sure the kids take a ride on the Costa Blanca express narrow gauge train and a visit to the Aquapolis water park is certainly not to be missed.

Benidorm Holidays

Think of the Costa Blanca and you automatically think of Benidorm. Benidorm is a hugely popular holiday destination. Because of its enormous popularity particularly with British tourists, Benidorm is a resort that really knows how to cater for holidaymakers with every conceivable taste catered for.

Calpe

Calpe, on the North Coast of Benidorm offers two fabulous sandy beaches and 13 km of coastline. Calpe’s most famous landmark is of course the impressive Penon de Ifach, an imposing tower of limestone over 330 metres high. Playa de la Fossa (also known as Levante) is a beautiful beach with golden sands and is favoured by British Holiday makers.

Denia Holidays

Denia was named after Diana the Roman Goddess of the hunt and the moon. Located on the East coast of Spain, Denia is an ideal resort for families and its more tranquil atmosphere is in contrast with the busier resorts such as Benidorm some 55km to the north.

There are good ferry links to both Ibiza and Mallorca making Denia an ideal base for your Costa Blanca Holiday.

Torrevieja Holidays

Torrevieja is approximately 30 miles south of Alicante and is home to the renowned Habanera choral music festival in August. Torrevieja has good sporting facilities and great beaches.
