Holidays in Playa del Ingles
If you’re looking for a fun filled, action packed holiday then Playa del Ingles should be your choice of holiday resort. Undoubtedly Gran Canarias most popular resort, Playa del Ingles has so much to offer from superb beaches to fabulous designer shops and from its vibrant nightlife to its many and varied restaurants.
Play del Ingles translated simply means "The Englishman’s Beach" and the resort certainly lives up to its name with British holiday makers in full force. There’s a great range of activities available including the ubiquitous banana boat rides, scuba diving, windsurfing and jet skiing.
The area is also well equipped with attractions including Parque de los Cocodrilo (the Crocodile Park) where those with reptilian interests can watch the Crocs feed.
Campo International
Campo International offers a more peaceful and tranquil alternative to the heady Play del Ingles. Less commercialised than many other resorts on the island, Campo International is a good base point from which to explore.
San Agustin
San Agustin is another of Gran Canarias’s less developed resorts that offers a more relaxed environment but that doesn’t mean there’s not plenty to do. The nearby Aqua Park will keep the kids amused for hours on end while Sioux City is a fabulous Wild West theme park.
Puerto Rico Holidays
Puerto Rico is a terrific resort particularly suited to those with young children. Situated on the South West coast of the Island, Puerto Rico is a sun trap and probably the warmest part of the whole island. The beach itself is man-made and features clean, golden sand.

Puerto de Mogan is charming ex fishing village resort on the Southwest coast of Gran Canaria. A modern and well featured holiday resort Mogan has a understated charm.

Holiday World
Recently re-built, Holiday World is a great amusement park in the traditional sense. With stalls, shooting galleries, a boating lake and go karting a visit to Holiday World is sure to keep the family entertained without breaking the bank.
Aquasur
Aquasur is a 5,300 m2 water park featuring over 30 water slides and the opportunity to get close to the parks own Sea Lions. Perhaps the feature ride is the incredible "Tornado" a water based helter skelter of a ride.
Sioux City
Ok, so it’s hardly authentic Gran Canarian entertainment but the Sioux City theme village is a must see. A copy of a typical wild west town complete with bank robbers, saloon fights and horseback riding displays.
